Get help

1. Open HSK Duels and sign in.
2. Open Friends, then Contact support.
3. Describe the problem and select Send.
4. Keep the reference number shown after submission.

Account access

• Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to recover an email account.
• Use your saved recovery code for accounts created without an email address.
• If you cannot sign in, write to Doinel Limited at the address below with your username and contact details. Never send your password or recovery code.

Apple purchases

• Open the main menu, then Learn without Limits, then Restore purchases.
• Use the HSK Duels account used for the original purchase.
• To cancel an Apple subscription, open iPhone Settings, your Apple Account, Subscriptions, HSK Duels.
• Deleting your game account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
• Request an Apple refund.

Report a player

• Open Friends or the conversation after a duel.
• Select Report or block.
• Enter the reason, then Send report; use Block player to stop messages and new challenges.
• Manage blocked players from Friends, Blocked players.
