Plans

• Free: all HSK 1 words and their practice exercises, the HSK 1 Story area with five rechargeable energy, and HSK 1 bot duels. Free play may show ads between games.
• Monthly: €5.99 per month, billed monthly until cancelled.
• Annual: €39.99 per year, billed annually until cancelled. This is approximately 44% less than 12 monthly payments.
• Lifetime: €69.99 paid once, with no recurring subscription charge.
• Paid plans include all 600 HSK 1, 2 and 3 words, examples, exercises, mock exams, human duels, unlimited story energy and ad-free play in HSK Duels.
• Prices include applicable taxes. Any valid promotion is shown before payment.

Payments and access

• Doinel Limited supplies HSK Duels. Stripe processes website payments. Your card details are entered on Stripe Checkout, not stored by HSK Duels.
• Access is attached to your HSK Duels account and starts when payment is confirmed. Sign in with that account on your other devices.
• Lifetime access covers the current HSK Duels HSK 1–3 service for as long as that service is operated. It does not include live teaching, official exam fees or future separately sold courses.
• The service is a self-study tool. Practice scores and duel ratings are not official exam results or guarantees.

Renewals and cancellation

• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Use Account → Manage subscription and payments to cancel renewal, update your payment method or view invoices.
• Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Your saved progress remains when you return to the free plan.
• Payment failures may end paid access after the paid period. You can update your payment details through Account.
• Refunded or disputed payments may suspend the associated paid access.

Help and your rights

• Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights, are unaffected.
• For a payment problem or refund request, write to Doinel Limited at the address below and include your HSK Duels username and Stripe receipt reference. Do not send card details or your password.
